You can manually turn your VPN off through your phone or computer settings. If a VPN is used through your antivirus software, please contact your antivirus provider so they can assist you with limiting the websites that use it.

Step 1.

Visit our website and go to the 'Log In' button on the top right of the screen.

Step 2.

Select 'Forgot your Password' underneath the login section.

Step 3.

Write in your member number and date of birth so that we can correctly identify you, to make sure the request is secure.

Step 4.

Request to get the 'SMS One Time Password' sent to your mobile phone and enter it into this box.

Step 5.

Enter a new password in the 'New Password' field and then confirm the New Password in the box below by writing it again, then select 'Save'. Then you're done!
