Large Cash Withdrawals

From today, 1 August 2026, customers requesting to make cash withdrawals greater than $5,000 per day, per customer, may be required to provide at least three (3) business days’ notice.

A change to the delivery frequency by our service provider has reduced the number of deliveries made to branches. This change ensures the required funds are available when you visit, helping us meet your expectations and avoid any inconvenience.

If you anticipate needing to withdraw more than $5,000 in cash on a particular day, please contact your local branch at least three business days before your planned withdrawal. Our team will arrange for the funds to be available for collection on your requested date.
