Changes to Term Deposit interest rates
Effective Tuesday, 16 July 2024, a number of Term Deposit interest rates have increased:
Balances $5,000 - $49,999 & Balances $50,000-$99,999
- Interest rate for 3 month terms have increased by 0.05% p.a.
- Interest rate for 6 month terms have increased by 0.15% p.a.
- Interest rate for 12 month terms have increased by 0.05% p.a.
Balances $100,000 - $249,999 & Balances $250,000-$1,000,000
- Interest rate for 3 month terms have increased by 0.05% p.a.
- Interest rate for 6 month terms have increased by 0.15% p.a.
- Interest rate for 12 month terms have increased by 0.05% p.a.

Changes to other savings interest rates
Effective Tuesday, 16 July 2024, Community First has also increased the interest rate on the following savings accounts:
FirstBiz Online Savings Account
- Interest rate for balances under $50,000 - increased by 0.25% p.a.
- Interest rate for balances $50,000 - $500,000 - increased by 0.25% p.a.
- Interest rate for balances $500,000 and over - increased by 0.25% p.a.
