Changes to home loan interest rates

Effective Thursday, the 5th of March 2026, we’ll be increasing selected home loan interest rates. 

Community Advantage Fixed Home Loans

All Community Advantage Fixed Home Loans will be increasing by up to 0.30% p.a. for new loan

Variable home loans

Variable home loan interest rates will be increasing by 0.20% p.a. for loan applications submitted from today. Existing home loan holders will not be impacted by this change.
