Changes to Home Loan interest rates

We’re making changes to our home loan interest rates. 

Changes effective Friday 15 May 2026

Boost Package Owner Occupied reference rate and Boost Package Investment reference rate will be increasing by 0.25% p.a.




All fixed and variable home and business loan interest rates for new loans will be increasing.




Changes effective Saturday 30 May 2026




All existing variable home loans and business loans, excluding Boost Package home loans, will be increasing by 0.25% p.a.
