Changes to Interest Payment Frequency
We’re making a change to how we pay interest on some savings’ accounts.
Currently, interest on the following accounts is paid three times a year – at the end of February, June and October.
- Retirement Plus Account
- Wildlife Saver Account
- Money Market Account (retired)
Effective 1 July 2025, interest on these accounts will now be paid four times a year (quarterly) and posted at the end of each quarter. This means account holders can access their hard earnings more often throughout the year.
Please note that statements on these accounts will also now be issued quarterly instead of three times a year.
Is there anything accounts holders need to do?
There’s nothing account holders will need to do – the changes will be applied automatically from 1 July 2025.
If members would like to switch to electronic statements, please contact us directly and we can easily make the switch for you.
