What loans are eligible for FASTRefi?

The FASTRefi service is not available on all loans however one of our loan specialists can do a quick eligibility check for you. Your eligibility is determined by things like:

• The other financial institution (OFI) is on the acceptable OFI list
• Your loan is not a construction loan
• The security property is primarily residential
• The names on the loan are not changing
• There is only one first registered mortgage over the property security

How long does it take?

The time it takes can depend on how long it takes you to return the documents we need and whether we need to further investigate whether you’re eligible.
