We need to stay in touch

Keeping your details up to date with us is crucial. We need to be able to contact you by phone, mail and/or email to keep you informed about any changes to your loan, and to keep in touch with you to make sure your loan is still working for you.

How do I update my details?

You can update your address and contact details such as phone, email, mobile and postal address via Internet Banking. Simply go to My Preferences followed by Update Contact Details from the top menu when logged in to Internet Banking.

Alternatively, give us a call or visit your nearest financial services store.
