Changes to mortgage loan rates

Increase to Community First home loans 

Effective Friday 27th March, all new variable Community First Bank home loan interest rates will increase by 0.25%p.a.

Existing Community First variable home loans, including retired Community First home loans, will increase by 0.25%p.a. effective 14 April 2026.

Community First Bank fixed rates will also be increasing effective Friday 27th March as per the below table.

Go Basic 1 year fixed All product variants increasing by 0.15%p.a
Go Basic 2 year fixed All product variants increasing by 0.15%p.a
Go Basic 3 year fixed No change
Boost Package 1 year fixed Owner occupier variants increasing by 0.10%p.a
Investment variants increasing by 0.20%p.a
Boost Package 2 year fixed All product variants increasing by 0.10%p.a
Boost Package 3 year fixed No change
Community Advantage fixed All product variants increasing by 0.40%p.a
