At Community First Credit Union, we provide you with a dedicated team of staff in our call centre as well as a 24 hour Phone Banking Service to make it easy for you to receive assistance and manage your accounts over the phone.

Our friendly team are here to help you on weekdays from 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 3pm. They can help you do just about anything over the phone including opening a new account, apply for a loan, assist with transactions and answer your questions.
24-hour telephone banking service - 1300 13 16 99
You can access information on all your accounts through our 24-Hour telephone banking service, seven days a week. This is an automated service, which you use by pressing the buttons on your touch-tone telephone. You can complete many transactions over the telephone, conveniently and with total security, for the price of a local call (higher rates from mobile phones). 

Using telephone banking, you can:

  • check your account balances
  • review the last 5 transactions on your accounts
  • transfer funds between selected accounts
  • order a statement
  • obtain details of interest credited on savings accounts and investments in the last financial year.
  • pay your bills using BPAY

Changing your telephone access code for phone banking
If you feel your telephone access code has been compromised you should change it immediately. You can do this by calling the service on 1300 13 16 99 and following the prompts. Alternatively, to have your telephone access code changed you can  contact us , or email
